The beans come from the renowned Finca La Pachuca , run by coffee pioneer Roberto Mata – an expert with over 50 years of experience. He focuses not only on quality but also on sustainable cultivation, which is reflected in every bean.

What makes this coffee so special? Roberto Mata loves trying out new processes, and his latest innovation is "Juicy Honey Fermentation." In this process, the coffee cherries are peeled and fermented for 120 hours along with the pulp of another batch.

The result? An incredibly sweet and fruity coffee with intense notes of pineapple, lychee, and Mon Chéri candy – super funky and extremely exciting!
